Residences at 10th & Park is a transformative mixed-use development for the Park Avenue Downtown District in the Town of Lake Park. Forest Development envisions a new luxury apartment community with retail and a restaurant. The project is currently in the entitlement process in the Town of Lake Park, FL.
Residences at 10th & Park received a unanimous recommendation of approval on June 13, 2024 from the Town of Lake Park Planning & Zoning Board.

Workshops and meetings conducted from 2018 - 2021 by Town of Lake Park Commission and Staff about the Park Avenue Downtown District (PADD).
The Town of Lake Park provided public notification of all hearings, workshops and meetings related to PADD.
- Between January 23, 2018 and January 14, 2019 - Three workshops were conducted with the Town Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to identify needed improvements and revisions to the PADD zoning code.
- June 3, 2020 - A special presentation was provided to the Town Commission, by which time the direction to increase density in the Downtown was solidified.
- February 3, 2021 - There was a special call CRA presentation on Draft PADD district / expanded district concept.
- June 23, 2021 - Town Staff held a public workshop to discuss the concept for increased density and new boundaries for the Park Avenue Downtown.
- August 4, 2021 - A follow up presentation was brought before the Commission to review the refined concept plans based on the public feedback received.
